What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They make the site work, remember your choices or collect usage statistics. Alongside cookies we also use similar technologies (e.g. content embedded from third parties).

Technical cookies (necessary)

These are always active because they are essential. In particular we store a first-party cookie, “vg_cookie_consent”, which remembers your consent choice for about 6 months so we don’t show the banner on every visit. It does not collect data for statistics or marketing.

Third-party cookies and tools (subject to consent)

These are only activated after you click “Accept”:

• Google Tag Manager: manages the site’s measurement tags and may activate analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Downstream data controller: Google Ireland Ltd.
• Google Maps: the map with our location is embedded from Google and sets Google cookies. We only load it after consent, or when you press the “Load the map” button.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces are served from Google’s servers; loading them involves a connection to Google.

How to manage or withdraw consent

You can change your mind at any time using the “Manage cookie preferences” button above, which reopens the banner. To withdraw consent you have already given, a page reload may be required. Alternatively you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
